Roxanne Larcher currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of RSI and oversees the firms business development and directs all activities associated with clients.

Her concept for RSI is simply. Bring together the best independent consultants possible and provide a centralized method to allow RSI to support the needs of businesses.

Prior to founding RSI, she was Senior Marketing and Communication Leader at GE Specialty Insurance; Director of Communications at GE Partnership Marketing Group, Marketing and Communications Manager at GE Capital Railcar and on the Information Management Leadership program at GE Power Systems. In addition, she was the e-Commerce Marketing Metrics Manager at Sears.com, Director of Marketing at White Sands Federal Credit Union and a member of Clarkson University Communication team. She has more than 15 years experience in strategic planning, corporate and executive communication, integrated marketing program development, public relations, event planning and meeting facilitation.
